Danielle... I have done the gym thing long in the past. I did not like it. I always did think I would do better on exercise at home... because, well, you have to get in the car and drive for 20 minutes there and then on the way back... and people looking at you and stuff... I didn't like it.

Oooh... Check the tracker thing again and see if it says out on delivery yet.
My packages here have left the local PO about 9 am. Then they get here at 11. What time does your mail usually come? Should be about then!

You both might like this type of environment type gym is all female and you dont jiggle that much ( i know, i 've done it,) and they have cool music playing

I had a trial at a women gym once. It was fun and felt good. It is very hard though to get started and make yourself go. But I did it for a week. See if you can get a day or a week pass.
I also used to go a water exercise class. It really did help me. It was cool, cuz if you didn't want to become a member, they let you do drop in for $5 a time, just for the water exercise class.
I really did notice a difference. got more energy. that gym closed now though. Some days I would not want to get up and go, but I made myself, and then I would be happy. I didn't know anyone there, I went alone, I was nervous.
Now, I use the excuse that gyms are too far away, I don't want to drive 15 miles on the dumb under construction highway with tons of traffic, just to exercise. So, I've been walking around my yard and up and down the hill to my son's house next door, around his yard and back down. lol

It usually comes at around 2pm.
I don't want to wait until then though!

I just checked and it still says it on it's way here. Last checkpoint place was in a certain place in Florida from last night.

I just need $700 so I can buy my own darn treadmill and then I'll be fit.

Gosh, I'm just so lazy.

But seriously, I help mow lawns, work, take care of my chickens, and ride horses. I'm pretty active.
I really need to go on a diet and I bet I'll lose a little weight. I might not get back to my 128 lbs, but I could shed a few excess pounds.

Get one of the bigger treadmills, so you actually have room to walk and jog on it.
And then you could set up your computer right in front of it and be walking and jogging on it in between BYC!!

I need to lose weight so I can not feel so bad riding my pony!!

Oh my, I've got to get ready for work!

I'd probably use my phone to listen to music and also get on BYC on it.
Plenty of things to distract me from how long I've been at it!

Well, I think I'm gonna get off here and get some stuff done.
I'll see you guys later.

Actually the gym mom and I joined, back in Idaho when I as 17, was Curves. We did like that it was all women... but... there were men.. SO's, employees, UPS delivery men that would walk in.. and that always bothered me because fellers always stare at me

Nevermind and pretend I didn't say it.
It was nice switching from machine to machine and the other ladies were nice.. so if I ever joined a gym again it would be that one (Too scary, a unisex gym!)... but I still think I would exercise more frequently, like everyday, at home. It would make it easier to form it as a habit.. because everything I do, except for sleeping.. is methodical and habitual. Oh geesh.. I sound like such a weirdo
