I wish.. I wish... but Jack Russells are just not easy to rehabilitate in any meaningful sense... once someone messes up with them, thats it.. almost all of the time

We roomed once with another JRT lady named Paula... she did rescue for Jacks... she had about a dozen going through there... and I got to help take care of them.... but... I wish it werent so... they were terrible

Never could potty train them or obedience train them. Jacks I think really need someone who loves them and teaches them from an early age instead of locking them outside or in a crate and forgetting about them like so many people do with their dogs

Other breeds though... non-terriers.. we could rescue them.

I've been making myself not look at that 'save them from auction' site on my FB... It makes me cry

Orange... well, the thing is, there'd probably be nobody at home for maybe six or seven hours every day: if we got a dog, I'd be willing to take the bus home after school each day to be with him/her, but that still worries me a little

I don't get why people are so cruel to their pets.

Oh, one of my friend's mom rescues JRT's and then finds them homes too.
We almost bought one from her once.

It's like rabbits. I've heard of people who eat rabbit, cat, and dog. It just seems wrong to me

Ours was 5 gallons (I think the liters listed work out to be the same) over here they call them the "Mini-bow".... Ours was $40 back then... I cant see prices on that site to figure out the comparison LOL.
