Whatever kind you guys have over there.
You just pay the amount and maybe a small fee for activation and that money is on it.
It's how people order stuff online if they don't have a bank account and a debit/credit card

Um, you know how you pay for gift cards, and the amount you pay is on the card?
It works the exact same way, except it'll have a number on it just like a debit card does so you can use it for online shopping.
