Nope...no basements in Aus...none in florida either...thats kinda why I ended up here .....same weather same humidity like QLD just different , weird people like Chicken lady and Squishy

no sausage rolls no vegemite no really realll good bread....no kookaburras no good fish to eat (like barramundi) no lorrikeets in the gardens ....................................................

Oh the lorikeets were something I found weird when I got here

In England, all you get is sparrows and blue tits.

I know, as a kid, I didn't appreciate the funniness of that name...

We had green tits, and yellow tits as well, although a bit rarer than the blue ones. It really matcehs the English weather

Hello all.

I feed the pigeons when I eat lunch. They're dirty lil' buggers, but some are pretty cute. Some have broken legs. Some have broken wings, they're a tattered bunch

I know seagulls, at least, stand on one leg to make you feel sorry for them and give them food

Yea When i have visited Family in the QLD area i have been to them, wet n wild, dream world, movie world, and the Australia Zoo. All were pretty good.. Oh and some aquarium thing where i got kissed on the cheek by a seal... i smelt of fish for the rest of the day
