Long leg bantam breeds?

A friend of mine asked me if I knew the breed of the a rooster she saw on a farming tv channel or something. I will describe it the way she explained it to me.

It was a bantam
Had REALLY long thin legs compared to the body size
Clean slate/olive colored legs
There were different colors(duckwing, blacks, and tans)
Long streamline almost upright body


Hope this is good enough cause I didn't actually see them myself. She just asked if I knew what they might be or if I had any myself.

Sounds more like modern game bantams than anything else I can think of. If not bantam sized there are several; asil, shamo, other oriental gamefowl.
