My sick fluffed up hen that I posted about a while ago died a few weeks ago.
Her name was Helen.
I opened the coop door to find her laying with her face in the dirt, eyes dull and half closed. Her comb and wattles were a deep purple red.
I left to go get something, and when I came back she was dead.
Can someone tell me what possibly was wrong with her? The rest of my flock is fine so thank god it isn’t contagious.
