I know this post is old but if someone here still needs help infront of this kind og trouble, here are some measures you can take to get rid of this animal:

1. Strengthen security: Ensure that your chicken coop is securely fortified with sturdy wire mesh to prevent the weasel from entering. Check for potential entry points such as holes, cracks, or gaps under the coop.
2. Use weasel traps: Set up traps specifically designed to catch weasels around your chicken coop. These traps can be cage traps or spring traps. Make sure to set them up safely and bait them with attractive bait to lure the weasel.
3. Monitor and actively chase away: If you spot the weasel in your chicken coop, you can try actively chasing it away using non-lethal methods. This can include loud noises, bright lights, or natural repellents to deter the weasel from returning.
4. Seek professional assistance: If the above methods are not yielding satisfactory results or if you prefer not to handle the issue yourself, it is advisable to contact a professional pest control service. They will have the experience and knowledge to effectively and safely eliminate the weasel.
