When I first moved up here I thought “ugh not only do I have to try and care for mum but also the darn chickens”. It wasn’t long before I realised how much they could make me laugh, not to mention getting to eat their delicious eggs. Am now in love with our funny feathered girls and plan on getting more haha! I know some new baby chicks will make Mumsie happy too.

They do! My new little family has completely consumed my attention lately.
