I'm fascinated by the Phoenix...I'd love to get some, but at this point we live in woods and can't really do a good pen and run and I just keep picturing those beautiful long tails tangled in briars.... Someday tho!
The phoenix and ohikis you guys have there just amazing! The colors of the ohiki are just wow! If only I could get my hands on them . Yea you should! They are very majestic with their long dragging tails

It's really hard to find the Phoenix here that have very long tails. Most have been seemingly bred to have shorter tails. And they are expensive!!! At least the ones I've found anywhere...

I see....but I saw a lot of real nice phoenix from a few breeders there. Not sure of the price though. How much are they anyways?

I've found some chicks recently that average $6 to $8, but not impressed with the parent flock. When I do have it set up for some I really want the longer tails and just haven't seen many. Although I haven't done alot of looking since it'll be a year or two before I can go there.lol

I saw some nice ones by Boggy Bantams you can consider that for your future plan
