The yoko hen is pure. The cockerel was from a phoenix egg. DM had said that the comb that it has could be from a cross that was bred by accident, or longtails.... Let me go and find his exact words... Took me a bit, as I have an extensive thread on the hatching of these eggs on another forum... Here is what I posted about it when I noticed the comb was not a pheonix standard comb... and his response

Could very well be silly. I am glad you like him. He's going to be a stunner thats for sure. I sure do like the looks of them, and how they are turning out. Ed sure does have some nice birds and boy was I happy to get the eggs to incubate here in MI. Might have to cross you some RSY's in future. I am fairly certain the RSY I have is a boy. Woohoo. That'd be one lonely yoko girl otherwise.
