It's finally done! Been a crazy fall. A couple things to finish up next weekend and I'll be buying my pullets. Thank you all for your support and advice.

I'll post some pictures next.

Here's all the doors open. As you can see ease of access to the inside. And shelter from wind and rain while I'm working unless it's a nor'easter.

From the other end. Have to stain the ramp yet. Need a lockable latch on bottom of walk thru door.

Looking through into nesting boxes. I bought tubs that fit in each nesting box for easy removal and cleaning that I'll line with straw. I'm going to hang the waterer and feeder under the poop-shelf. All of the dividers and lips, and poop-shelf and roost slide out for easy cleaning. Us old people can't be bending over for all that stuff, hence the thigh-high floor height.

So one question. Should I build a small ramp up to the inside roost?
Jim is hooking up an electrical outlet so I have heat for waterer which will also add a bit of heat to the inside of coop since its metal. I have room to expand the roost (for more chickens - wink wink) across over the pop door.
I have room to put some branches across the outdoor area for them to perch on, AFTER they get used to going in to roost for the night. I've got plywood to put on the backside (north and west side) for the winter to keep wind and some snow out.

Thanks again for suggestions and support. Hopefully will be posting chicken pics on here within a couple weeks!
