Awesome. Well, I too wonder how you got it and how you managed to have it sitting around loose in your house without getting slashed.

he was sitting out in front of my house. I walked up to him and he didn't fly away... so I knew something was wrong with it... I never seen a hawk on the ground... and even then I expected it to fly off. I ran inside to get a towel and threw it on him to bring him inside (my garage.)

Not sure how he lost his leg.... but it had to be gone for a while he wasn't bleeding or anything.
