Look for Black Sex Links

Hi Folks:

I live in Palo Alto.

I'm looking for some Black Sex Links. I must have hens (pullets) as my neighbors are just too close for roosters.

Twice I bought chicks from Half Moon Bay Feed and Fuel and ended with roosters. Broke my heart to try and find
decent homes for them. My Zoe's became Zorro's.

Anyway, it appears My Pet Chicken only sells Bantam's sex links and I don't want Bantams.

Does Meyer Hatchery sell Black Sex Links in small numbers like three at a time. I thought they only sell in large quantities?

Or, do you folks know a place sort of local?

As far as I can tell, Meyers does not sell BSL. If a sexlink gets you pullets, 100% assured, and it does, Meyers sells their own version of a red sexlink called a "Golden Buff".
I can tell you with absolutely certainty that these little layers produce like gang busters. Just presenting an option. Meyers sells small number packages, but the markup is really, really stiff. FWIW

So I'm guessing Golden Buff's are not Bantams? So, that could work.

Yes, their Golden Buffs are large fowl, not bantam. I've only ordered from Meyer once, a case of 25 Golden Buffs, but the service was excellent.
