I say it is a steal. Go to lowest and price something that size.would surprise you how much they want for those things. Probably not as nice as that one you just showed either.

Im a carpenter and I can tell you it is a steal at $1200 dollars if it as big as it looks in the picture....I assume its big enough to walk into or is it a childs playhouse size? Either way a good deal for the amount of work that would go into making it.

Edit: took another look and noticed the other shed behind it. That is going to make a very nice coop.

Unless the size is extremely misleading, that is a steal. Materials alone to build something like that would be that much most likely, unless you just have a LOT of scrap supplies laying around. Add in the work that went into it... Wow!! Now you will have to chuck up a few hundred more most likely to find someone to move it... I'd give my eye teeth for something that cute to convert...
