I bought my TX7 for $358 two months ago and have 16 eggs in it for a May 21st hatch. It is super accurate for temperature - Just be careful with the water and only turn it a quarter turn counter clockwise until you reach the right humidity. I also have a digital temp/humidity reader in there because it is hard to read the wetbulb. One other thing.........you can buy a brooder ring for this. Very cool. This is my first hatch so:fl

OMG!!!! Those are $500 or so new and now you can get a roller kit for them that keeps the eggs turning continuously. Think hot dog rollers. Can you say lucky? *She says, trying to curb the jealousy in her heart*

It came with a turner, too!! I think that it works? It has a button on top and it turns fast when I hold the button down. I don't know if it works after you press the button or what? I have looked online and my free incubator is going to cost $53.00. That is ordering new wicks, new thermometers with a bracket and a new rack for chicken eggs, I have a pheasant rack, but it is rusty. I still think that I won out pretty well!! Monday, at work, I ordered the above mentioned and the Hatching book. I also got a few other items that I needed, from Cutler Supply. The lady was very nice and helpful.
