I went and got one today!

I left it on one of the kitchen chairs, then headed out to my pottery class. I wish I had seen DP's face when she saw the box when she got home. She sent me a mysterious text message saying "oh oh oh are you in trouble!"

When I got home, I reminded her that we had discussed this at length last night. (See my previous post). She says she didn't remember any such discussion. At this point I'm starting to doubt if she was kidding yesterday, when she was rubbing her face and mumbling incoherently.

I said if she really didn't like it, we could put it out by the coop, instead of the front lawn. She then said it should go out in front and actually thinks it is cute. I think she just likes to torment me!

debi, they had the flying pig out on display at mine yesterday! It is really cute and a nice size!
