This may sound harsh, but to "try" for a pair out of just two eggs is like wanting a goose who lays a golden egg.
First waterfowl require a lot of attention during incubation even under perfect conditions.
Add to it the trauma of shipping eggs through the USPS.
Now you are lucky to have a 50% hatch rate on shipped eggs.
Take two eggs, ship them, incubate (how much experience do you have incubating?) and hope to get a 50% success giving you 1 lonely single gosling.
This will lead you to scramble to find it another gosling friend. Days olds are shipped as singles, so now you have to buy 2-3 goslings to be with the oner hatched. Most are sold straight run or in pairs only. Now what is the gender of the the one you hatched?
If you want a pair, then you would be better off buying and have shipped to you a pair. Many of us have goslings now. Also come fall there will be a number of 2012 juveniles listed for sale.
