Looking for a butcher in NW PA area

My flock of Cornish Cross was too healthy! They matured a week too early and I don't think they'll make it another week to their scheduled butcher date. (My Amish butcher has no phone and I have to make reservations by mail...remember those days?) I'm looking for a different butcher I could use. Looking for someone in Erie County or neighboring county. Any ideas?

Call your county extension office and see if they know anybody.

Getting a butcher on short notice could be a challenge, many are booked up. But it's worth a try.
