OP---Seems like there is almost nothing in that weight range. Either little 2# or less bantams or 5# or standard.
The Welsummer seems like it could be a good choice for you.

Thought you were describing the Australorps unitl I saw the 3# requirement. They ARE everything else you're looking for. And can be very sweet pets to boot!
