Looking for a recipe for cucumber kimchi

Hi all, I know this is a strange request but we lived in Korea for 2 years and never got the recipe. I am looking for a version that is done like a salad not stuffed and it also had carrots and the white radish. Can anyone help me out? We are craving this big time.

its actually cucumber *moo chim*
a bit different from kimchi since its not fermented
