Looking for a stuffed pork chop recipe.

Its my secret rub. I made it up, I dont ever measure it, I do it by sight and taste.

But I will tell you its mostly brown sugar, you want more cocoa than you think you need, and just enough of the red pepper powder to give it a kick.

Lick your finger and taste the mixture as you go. You'll make it to suit your taste, and then we're not using the exact same rub and my secret is safe(ish)... LOL

I made my stuffed chops last night. I didn't really use a recipe. I had reeeeally thick chops, and being lazy and short on time I used box stuffing. I mixed the stuffing up with chicken broth and stuffed it into the chops. I seasoned the chops with salt and pepper and browned them in olive oil. In a pan, I poured a mixture of cream of mushroom soup and white wine over the chops. Covered the pan tightly with foil, and baked at 325 for about 35 minutes, and then 10 more minutes or so without the foil. Came out pretty good, if I must say so myself! And surprisingly, my husband complimented the dish. He's not the biggest fan of pork chops.

I use to care for a elderly lady and her husband would make this dish with pork like this and it had green olives, onion slices, and a red sauce like tomatoes stewed diced up in it it was really good but I have no idea how he made it. I wonder if there is a recipe for it out there.

The kids are coming for the weekend and I'd like to do a brisket in the smoker...do you put this rub on a brisket or would it burn before it gets cooked?
