Are your eggs pointy end down in your bator?? If not the air sac will be at the wrong end of the egg... It needs to be on the big end. If there is very little air space at day 7 then lower your humidity even more. Ive read the styrofoam bators tend to really hold moisture and can drown eggs even at 45%. If I remember correctly the writer set his at 25% for his styro bator.
