Oh I understand, that's where the Express come into play again though. They aint sitting anywhere with it, they are telling me at my PO at least, now a lot of the aircraft they have are now climate controlled, and most of the box vans they use are to a degree, many are open to the cap, so that helps some.

I've just seen many folks say that, but mine actually arrive better once it's over 80 here. And like I said, I always add heat packs even then. All those do is give them something warm to get on at night when they would otherwise get chilled. With all the holes in a chick box, it doesnt actually raise th box temps, just gives them a warm spot to sit on if needed. ( I put mine under the straw liner where they arent flying around in the box)
