Looking for advice with my chicken coop build

I am on my cell phone now. Will come back to this in the AM. For now, don't do anything other than update your location and make a list of your resources for shed building. As mentioned, the half blocks are oriented in their weakest direction, and you don't want to use doors, even solid ones, as a floor. Particularly panel doors.

Will do more to help when i have a full keyboard.

My only coop with a floor was built in the standard fashion.

My homemade, built out of junk coops all use a dirt floor. Dirt floor coops can be predator proof if you dig in a wire skirt.

Pallets and other junk work well for walls. Corner posts are best made from quality rot free lumber.

A roof built from junk is best made STEEP so it never has to hold a load.
