Looking for breeders/sources in Northern California (San Jose area)

Hi everyone,

I'm JUST starting out with a backyard flock - have the coop but no chickens yet, lol - and am casting about looking for sources for my new chicken family. I live in San Jose, CA and wonder if anyone knows of breeders in the Northern California area? I only have space for maybe four or five chickens, and I'm looking at Silver Polish Laced, and Araucana, Silkies and Frizzleds. Definitely not looking for show quality, and I see from the threads that some folks order online and have them shipped and others buy from local breeders. If anyone knows of sources in my area, I'd sure love to hear from you!
