How do I locate to buy a white americana hen, and a Japanese banty rooster?

You can probably do a few things here.

• Post your location for others to see, and inquiry if anyone has chickens for sale locally
• Hatch some eggs from a hatchery
• Purchase day old chicks from a hatchery.

I'd check locally first, as @K3nzi3 said. But if your search proves unsuccessful, you could order your chickens online. They will ship to you. This is kind of a controversial topic, though, so I'll stop it there.
