Looking for Chickens near Reading Massachusetts area!

I have four chickens around age 2 and I am looking to buy two more , are there any places to go and get chickens around the same age in Massachusetts, reading area?

Actually, it would be better to get younger new hens, otherwise they will all age together and slow down the production. If you stagger ages, you will have younger ones to pick up the slack. You can put your state name in the search box and it will pop up. Then you can post and see if you have BYCERS living near you.

My chickens are being really loud and annoying to my two new chickens I got! I have the new ones seperated for a week, today is day two and my chickens keep squawking ! Is that normal?

Hi, yeah its normal - nothing to worry about.

To start a new thread, go to the general forum where you topic fits. For example, in your last question, you could have chosen to post in the "Managing your flock" forum. Once you have identified where your question most likely fits, which you can do this by scrolling through the "Forum Nav" (which is just above a reply to a post) to the "Managing your flock" forum and click on it. Once there, you will see at the bottom of the last post the "Start a new thread" box - click on that and then type away!
