Looking for Chickens

I've been looking into different hatcheries and was wondering if someone could tell me good hatcheries.

I've been looking at efowl and the belt hatchery. I need the chickens to be sexed though,
because we always end up with roosters!!

Also looking for a large chicken coop design. Looking for ducks to thanks!
