Looking for feedback on coop design!

I think I've also scrapped the idea of a pull out tray on the coop floor now that the coop has grown and will just line the floor with linoleum. And I'm going to drop the roost probably at least another 6" (I'll make the final call later - at least that part will be easily adjustable!) to allow for more head clearance.

The coop itself has been livable for a few months now and seems to be working out well for the girls. I still need to find time to finish up the details and add the run. I've recorded my progress up until this point in an article: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/craftsman-coop.73879/

Keeping in mind that it's still a work in progress, I'd love to have some feedback/suggestions for improvement!
