Hi There

We are hoping to get a couple of geese.... I just can't find a supplier of babies in Nova Scotia.... does anyone know where we can obtain these?

It is off season for babies right now, In a normal year you would have to wait until at least mid Feb for them to start to lay with first babies hatching in mid March but this has been a strange year so there may be a few availablle yet.

Hi all,

It seems that I should clarify,

I am looking for a supplier of goose chicks.. I am not looking for the chicks now, I am looking for a supplier so I can determine whether they are available to me in Nova Scotia. If they are something I can get here then I will continue to learn all about geese, if they are not something I can get I will turn my attention elsewhere.

Anyone who can help answer my inquiry would be appreciated.

Thanks so much.

Holderreads Duck and Goose Farm ship out of the US and have high quality stocks. If interested:D

you might want to get in contact with them soon since they are running low on some breeds this time of the year.

Good luck Dorothy asebastopolsselect.com

Hi Dorothy and thanks for your reply, I am unsure whether I can import birds but will certanly check into it.

We won't be ready until the spring anyway, I just started to build the co-op now and my spouse.... well he's planning on fencing 2.5 acres
