Looking for help with gender

We hatched 19 chicks from various Production Reds with a single Barred Rock rooster and I've been amazed at the variety of offspring. There's a couple that I'm having difficulty deciding their sex. They are about 16 weeks old today. Most of the roosters have started crowing, these 2 have not. What do y'all think? I can try to get better pictures tomorrow if that will help.

I really need to thin down the number of roosters (told my wife she could pick 2 to keep) because they are starting to breed the girls but I don't want to mistakenly give away a pullet.
