Hope you've got big bucks, because these things aren't cheap! It's probably cheaper in the long run to find a local barn/shed builder who'll build on site.

Probably offers hose down cleaning. If you are serious about it I'd contract someone to build a very level foundation for it.

Says foundation included, but, I would still have the site prepped and leveled.

If you do go for it, I'd love to see pictures of it all set up with chickens!

You probably don't want prebuilt as such, unless you enjoy *large* moving projects and the resulting repairs. (If you do, then look around for someone selling the appropriate size garage or other structure, obviously). Kits in that size will not come pre-assembled (i.e they will not come 'just bolt the walls together'), although you can certainly buy garage 'packages' from lumber stores etc that will be a flat price for everything you need to build the structure *yourself*.

Coop is irrelevant, btw, you just need a garage or shed or whatever, then add a popdoor and a few roosts.

Honestly your best bet is to just build something, either stud-wall or pole barn style. It is not especially difficult, you just need to be able to follow directions, measure several times before cutting, and use a hammer and power drill.
