You could check with any local dairy farms. I know there aren't many in AZ, but I found Superstition Farm in Mesa. Some of their pictures show jersey calves, so you never know what they might have for sale at any given time. The jersey we milk (well, we stopped milking her a few weeks ago), came from a local dairy farm.
