Looking For Kiko, & Nubian Goats

That’s even farther away. I hope you find some goats, they’re fun. Just make sure you’ll have a good fence, deworming (Ivermectin is the best in my opinion) and make sure to have goats free choice mineral (lose mineral) that has vitamin b in it.
I hope we can source some goats at our new location, or before so I can be sure one is set before we prepare.

Is there withdrawal a period for Ivermectin with goats thar are going to be eaten, or for milking?

I use Ivermecton injection for cattle and swine. The withdrawal is 35 days for cattle, 16 days for swine. It should be much less bc a goats metabolism is much faster than a cow and pig. Depending on what u look at it says to withdrawal 14-20 days and for milk 9 days. We've drank the milk of a dewormed goat before, if your not comfrotable doing so Id recommend freezing the milk for the babies you will have in the spring just incase you need some milk (there is no effect on the baby).

I got mixed answers.
