I'm so sorry I'm just now seeing this, I don't know why it didn't notify me there were posts in this thread.
I've just had my first hatch 7 weeks ago and am letting them grow out. I will definitely be willing to do trades with other breeders or those who are serious and love this variety.
Here's one of the babies at 6 weeks old (the one in the back isn't a brahma):

No worries. I'm not on here a lot right now anyway since all of my chickens have decided to molt & i have no eggs or chicks to sell. I would be interested in a trade of eggs or chicks when you have them. I have Gold Laced Brahma, Blue Partridge Brahma, Blue Buff Cochins, & am working on a project color of Brahma. I have others chickens as well, but none that are old enough to lay at the moment. Let me know if you're interested in a trade or even if you want to sell some eggs or chicks.

I don't have any to trade right now but I would be interested in chicks or even a pair/trio down the road if you ever have any.

My buff/gold laced brahma project is somewhat at a standstill because I'm not sure if I really want to use the blue laced gold? rooster I posted in this thread. I really like my two hens though, going to have to continue the hunt next year lol. So right now I plan on working with my lavender orpingtons (almost like brahmas right?) until I get some more brahma selection.

All mine are molting too, and honestly, the brahmas are not good layers since they are constantly broody so I'm not sure when I'll have eggs again. I plan to do one or two more hatches to try and figure out which of my girls is throwing white/splash chicks. Where in FL are you located?

No worries! I'll refer back to this thread when I have some for sale/trade. I need to hatch out more to sort out which hen is throwing the various shades and I'm really wanting to have a couple more roos so it will be some time before I can part with these. I'd hate to sell eggs and have someone hatch out mostly white/splashes but I'll keep in touch!

Sorry for just getting back to you. I'm hardly ever on here. I'm located in Palm Coast, between Daytona & St. Augustine. Let me know when/if you'd like to trade or I would gladly buy some from you. I don't care if they're a project color. All the colors I have are technically "project colors". lol

Well, I figured out which girl is throwing the white/splash ones - my Barred rock hen! Her eggs look exactly like the Brahma eggs. Sigh. Well, at least I solved a mystery and know that all my Lemons are throwing their own color spectrum. lol
So, I will be in touch after I've hatched a couple more batches.

When you are ready to sell/ship chicks or eggs, I'd be interested, too. I would prefer chicks over eggs as I don't have a way to easily incubate (however have contact w/ 2 different people that say they can/will for me...) but would do either to get some of these "new" birds. I am in love with my first Brahma (22 BrahmaXs and 2 purebred Lite Brahmas).

I haven't studied on the "lemon" color varieties - how is this color brought in/produced?

I am also interested in the Blue/Black/Splash varieties of Brahma and sent Annac1979 a pm.
