I am looking for someone who would be able to process about 10-15 birds for me at some point next year. My sister is getting married and I am raising chickens (maybe ducks or turkey as well, not really sure yet) for the reception dinner. Her wedding will be small, and will be held next autumn in MA. I need someone who pursues a humane slaughtering approach, can do the 'job' at their home/farm/business, and who doesn't charge a heck-of-a-lot (an estimate would be helpful). Thank you in advance!
