Hello,
I'm new to this wonderful forum and after reading a few of the posts decided to try my luck.
Our family just recently purchased a small 20 acre hobby ranch in Cedartown, Georgia. We have horses, donkeys, cats and dogs. We're hoping to add some egg producing birds to our family next. We're really intrigued with the French Maran and the beautiful chocolate eggs they produce. We've found several breeders who make claims of having the "best" Maran stock available and while it's possible they do I just cannot afford $75 per chicken, especially being a novice.
If anyone near me has French Marans, at a cheaper price I'd love to hear from you.
