Just wanted to say thanks to mysticalmom and snakeman for letting me come down and leave with some of their beautiful scovies. Snakeman said they were going to freezer camp but MM was all smiles when we left.. I sensed a bit of relief from her!

They have settled in nicely today an have made friends with my flock of chickens. After a couple of days of them realizing that my run is their new home, they'll be allowed out to free range in the evenings. I keep them a big tub of water surrounded by gravel inside the run so they can play when I'm at work. I can't wait until spring when they start laying and I have my own lil ones running around!

Oh.. and my children were ALL smiles!

enjoyed this happy ending! Was thinking today how wonderful it is to have duck eggs for cooking (till the spring fever hits of course!) while my chicken hens are being molty. lol
