Other than googling hatcheries and paying for chicks or hatching eggs, I'm not sure where else you'd find rare breeds. Good luck with your search! I noted a few threads in BYC that referenced them, one in particular that raises these, but in Norway, where they originate from. You could try other threads and maybe find someone who is still current.
