Looking for Opal legbar hatching eggs

Hello there everyone. I've been trying to find where I can get some opal legbar hatching eggs. I want to add them to my flock but can't really afford to pay what Meyer hatchery wants for their chicks. However they appear to be the only place I can find who is really selling them. I saw a post on here saying someone from here actually created the opal legbar and was hoping to find someone here to be able to help me get some opal legbar hatching eggs.

My Pet Chicken.com has them but they are expensive (84.99) and so is shipping them. I'll be paying that shipping bill too though.

Hi there, I’m not sure where you are located. However, I purchased an opal legbar pullet today from a local breeder for $30. Perhaps they would ship to you? The farm name is Harrison Fowl Farm located in Mauriceville Texas.

Thank you, I will check them out. I'm located in nevada. I found some eggs and they are currently incubating so will have to wait and see what happens.
