wish i could help you but i live in Greece. i do not know of any safe and legal way of shipping mandarins that far . i never sell my ducklings ,i always give them away for free and only to people that have a large enough aviary and some sort of pond. i consider mandarins as pets and feathered friends and i am against exchanging friends and pets for money. there are hundreds of people that do the same here in Greece .a network of people that give their surplus birds away for free has formed and i have meet many of them (i am unlucky though nobody has gold Brahmas). maybe you can find people like that were you live and start a new giving away for free bird network
