How old do they have to be to show? I have some about 6 weeks old

That would be fine. We prefer chickens to be over 8 weeks.

What do you do with them after showing?

I assume that the 4-Her will keep them and potentially breed. However, they may just be for eggs etc. after fair. I am not really sure what his (the 4-Hers) plans are.
