Looking for some advice on my playhouse conversion coop

Wow, thank you! I had actually sketched something sort of similar, but when I had originally wanted to extend the coop to fit 6 birds. But now I plan on just building the one bump out area for the nesting box on the back. Otherwise what you have is almost exactly what I planned!! Good to know I am on the right track

Very nice! You will need a much bigger exercise area under your coop, however. At least 10 sq feet per bird is recommended. You may also want a way to get yourself in and out of the exercise yard in case you need to clean it or get to a sick or injured bird.

Oh I planned on building a very large run that comes off the front where the ramp comes down! Was hoping to build it tall enough I can stand in but we'll see how ambitious I get. I also am planning on building a chicken tractor until I'm comfortable with them free ranging.
