Looking for some super cheap coop/run ideas!

I built my current coop to house 10 chickens. It has 25 sqft of floor space not including nesting boxes, attached to a 100 sqft run. The issue is I ended up with 15 chickens, after estimating 50/50 male/female for straight run chicks I guess I won the lottery and got way more hens than expected. Now I don't know how I will have room for them all when they get bigger.

My plan is to separate 5 of them into a separate coop and run, but money is really tight, so I am looking for cheap creative coop/run solutions, repurposing or even simple building plans. I estimate the coop will need to be at least 10-16sqft, and the run about 50sqft. The run will also need to be secure from fox, raccoon, and hawks.

Options depend on budget of course.
I built a 4x6x5 dog house for around 250 but that does not address the run need.
Craigslist is an option for materials as is cull lumber from Home depot.
I have a small coop I built for my bantams. It is 36 x 45 inches. I made it that size since the is the size of lumber I had laying around. It is 8 foot long and the run is only 2.5 foot tall. I used 2x2's as the framing and 2x4's for the run. I think it cost about 130 dollars to make. I did buy most of the material new and not cull. DH made me a lid for the run that slides open and has 2 legs it sits on.

The side walls are 2 feet tall and the peak is 5 foot. You could do the side walls at 3 foot since you would need 2 pieces of siding anyways. I used the cut out piece from the clean out door as the clean out door and added 1x3 trim to it.
Siding was about 25 dollars a sheet and 2x2's are only a couple bucks each. I did use 2x4's for the top of the wall and bottom of the wall as well as for the roof trusses.
Home depot had the green palroof on sale for 5 dollars for the 12 foot length. I got one and then got a clear one for a skylight. I splurged and got the hardware cloth for the run sides and roof. It is what determined the coop height. I got the 2 foot roll at 25 foot long. ( should have gone bigger since it is a pain in the back to clean. It is only 1 foot off the ground.)
The piece I cut out for the window could have been used for the pop door.

Pallets, scrap wood. This is pic of my second coop, nearly all recycled wood that I am always looking for. Wife said no on tin for roof so put on cedar slats.....total is 140 dollars into this one.
