Does anyone have any recommendations for someone that can build a coop in South Florida? I'm looking to get 10 chickens

In south Florida you'll almost certainly want an Open Air design.

You can readily buy wire or chain-link dog kennel kits with tarp roofs and even weather panels for a lot less than any handyman would charge.

Then you can easily wrap it with 1/2' hardware cloth to exclude smaller predators (secure it with wire or heavy-duty zipties) and put a tarp or a weather panel on the windward end. If you can't locate it in natural shade you might want to add shadecloth to, at least, the west side, possibly others depending on exactly how the coop is positioned in the environment.

For each adult, standard-sized hen you need:
  • 4 square feet in the coop (.37 square meters)
  • 10 square feet in the run (.93 square meters),
  • 1 linear foot of roost (.3 meters),
  • 1/4 of a nest box,
  • And 1 square foot (.09 square meters) of permanent, 24/7/365 ventilation, preferably located over the birds' heads when they're sitting on the roost.
For 10 hens you'd want at least a 10x10 (because this style doubles as coop and run both), which is a common size of kennel. :)
