Looking for Special Diet Eggs in Boulder CO

I'm looking to purchase eggs (on an ongoing basis) in Boulder, CO, for my young daughter. The laying chicken needs to be on a low-gluten and low-oxalate diet (not "free", just "low"). If you, or someone you know, has low-gluten chickens, also doing low-oxalate might be pretty easy to add.

We REALLY miss eggs and would love to find a way to add them back into our diet. Any recommendations or referrals much appreciated.

Just a thought....why don't you do a small coop in your back yard and by some already laying hens? You could feed them to meet your needs.

Was just thinking that might be your best bet.....
