Looking for started pullets in Northern Virginia or surrounding areas

My family of 7 just moved onto a 10 acre property and are looking to add chickens to our clan. I've done tons of research on breeds, coops, food, predators, diseases and eggs, but can't find much on hatcheries selling started pullets. Based on research (and preference) I would really like to start out with Australorps and a few Americaunas. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
