Looking for suggestions to amuse my flock

I've been trying to distract my chickens to help with some behaviour/ getting along issues. I had a flock block that I was trying to save, but I threw it in there which is helping some. I may hang a wiffle ball for them to play with or a cabbage. I've seen videos of chickens pecking a xylophone....

What are your suggestions?

Hay, grass clippings, fallen leaves, rocks and boards laid down that are turned over occasionally when bugs have gathered for your birds to chase, digging holes for them, buying crickets or live meal worms and tossing them in the run, just a few ideas.

Put some stuff in the run for them to 'climb' on....roosts, branches, stumps, logs, pallets leaned up against wall or up on a few concrete blocks.

I thought I might inherit a couple wooden ladders, but it turns out not. I'm hesitant to install permanent ones just yet, cause I have to get in there to frame the roof, but a pallet is perfect! And I have a couple in the basement!

How much room do your chickens have? How many chickens do you have?

If you're in a warm area, a hanging planter can keep them very well entertained trying to jump up and eat the goodies hanging down. And exercise to boot

Good ones would be herbs like parsley or cilantro, or even weeds like pigweed. It needs maintained, but its well worth the effort and pretty entertaining to watch
