Looking for the video of how to remove an abscess from around my hens eye

My hen has always been a free range chicken was unbable to catch her until last week she broke into on of my pens just walked in anyway now I can finally treat her with antibiotics and try to remove this thing off her eye but don’t remember how the video said to do it now I’m new this will be the first time for me what should I do

I've done two surgeries, but surgeries aren't always needed. @lynly444 , can you post some pictures of her eye? Sometimes the pus can be expressed out of the eye without cutting.
