I am new to this adventure..a few months ago I read an article in parade magazine about backyard chickens and this website..I have been reading this forum to glean as much info as possible...as my name suggests I have 4 grandchildren and believe they as well as me can have a lot of fun ..I hope to finish my coop this weekend and will post some pictures...I hope to have about 6 or 8 chickens....I cant have any sister wives so I'll stay with "sister chicks"
